The Assessment

Chris conducts a thorough evaluation of your home's thermal shell and appliances, covering heating, cooling, insulation, windows, showers, hot water, air leakage, pools/spas, and lighting.

The Results

Receive immediate feedback and a plan from Chris to enhance your home's efficiency. Recommendations may include no-cost solutions or appliance upgrades, along with a tailored list of current rebates.

Low or No Cost Upgrades

If identified during the inspection, Chris provides convenient, low or no-cost upgrade options.

For more advanced upgrades like solar panels or efficient AC systems, Chris offers recommendations and rebate information to optimise savings.

Currently, Telus Electrical Services offers the Scorecard Assessment at the following rates:

  • $400.00 for 1-2 bedroom homes

  • $500.00 for 3 bedroom homes

  • $600 for 4+ bedroom homes

    A Scorecard is a comprehensive assessment of your home’s building shell and fixed appliances. It typically takes an accredited assessor 1-3 hours to complete the full assessment.
  • Q2. Should I get a Scorecard before undertaking energy efficiency upgrades?
    Although not required, it is a good idea. A Scorecard assessor can provide you with expert advice on which upgrades would be most suitable to your home and situation.
  • Q3. How much might I expect to save on my energy bill?
